Each Friday morning our Year 12 Hospitality students can be found hard at work in the school’s commercial kitchen preparing barista made drinks and delicious baked treats to sell to staff as part of their student run café.
Café visitors can choose from a selection of delicious hot drinks, smoothies, parfaits, breakfast burgers, croissants, muffins and slices!
The Hospitality Café provides an opportunity for students to learn and practice the skills required to work within the hospitality industry and forms part of their Cert II studies.
