As the Year 12 Hospitality classes prepare to finish their Certificate II course, they have worked together to start a new business venture! On Monday and Tuesday afternoons, each class has been busy in the kitchen preparing a range of take home meals available for purchase by staff. Our first week served up Spaghetti Bolognaise and Butter Chicken, along with varying versions of these recipes to suit our staff with certain dietary requirements.
