At Aveley Secondary College even our new staff hit the ground running thanks to a comprehensive induction program and supportive teams. This ensures our newer teachers can start supporting our students’ educational and emotional wellbeing straight away. One teacher that our students already admire is Brooke Leach, who joined our Science department this year. One of the many glowing Student Voice nominations that Ms Leach received was:
