The Sports Elite Program (SEP) students recently attended a guest presentation by ex-professional basketball player and Olympian, Nat Burton. Nat shared her experiences at the 2016 Rio Olympic games as well as her story about being a professional athlete and balancing the challenges of life and professional sport. She even brought in her bronze medal to show the students!
Applications for the 2022 Sports Elite Program are now open for current Year 7, 8 & 9 students. Please refer to the college website for more information. Applications are to be emailed to aveley.sc.generalenquiries@education.wa.edu.au by Friday 23 July (Week 1, Term 3).
