In September, our Year 12 Leadership Group had the privilege of visiting Parliament House in Perth. During our visit, we had the opportunity to meet with our local Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Jessica Shaw, and embarked on a guided tour of the historic institution. The highlight of the day was our luncheon with Ms. Shaw, where we engaged in meaningful discussions about the needs and concerns of our community. Later, we observed the inner workings of our government by sitting in on Question Time. It was an enlightening and motivating experience that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of our school and the efforts of all involved.
