Introducing David Sharp who will be joining our English team. David comes with a wealth of experience in teaching English including upper school courses and has some leadership experience within a large high school context.
Hi, everyone. My name is David Sharp, and I am excited to be starting at Aveley Secondary College next year as an English teacher. I have a passion for all things English – literature, writing, film, even spelling and grammar – and am eager to bring my knowledge and experience to Aveley. As a teacher, I am focused on building positive and productive relationships with all my students and using effective and innovative teaching strategies to ensure that all my students achieve success. I’m looking forward to helping Aveley Secondary College grow and develop over the coming years, and I can’t wait to get started in 2019.
