Introducing Arlene Byrnes who will be joining us as Head of English in 2019. Arlene is a very experienced English teacher and has excellent skills at working with all ability levels. We are pleased to have her on board.
Hello Aveley Community, my name is Arlene Byrnes and I am excited to be joining the Aveley Secondary College team as the HOLA of English. I am passionate about igniting curious minds and I love seeing students come alive when they read, explore and discover their passion for English. I enjoy helping students to see their own skills develop and extending the students understanding of the world through literature and English. As the HOLA of English, I look forward to working with the team at ASC and growing from strength to strength.
