In week 5, two teams of Years 7-9 girls participated in the day carnival of the Netball High School Cup at Mathews Netball Centre. Both teams played tremendously (the Year 7/8 team were even undefeated!) and progressed to compete in the Elimination Day Carnival in week 6 at Fremantle Netball Association. Being finals – the competition was fierce! A fantastic effort was made by all girls, and most importantly sportsmanship, co-operation and perseverance was shown! A big thank you to coach Miss Gray and assistant coach Mrs Preston for organising this exciting opportunity for the girls. We are very proud of their efforts and look forward to the competition next year!
