Year 10 students were offered the opportunity to attend a Career Taster excursion at Murdoch University recently.
They took part in hands-on workshops and interactive demonstrations in the fields of Biomedical Science, Psychology, and Sound and Screen Production. The students were also given a tour of the campus and attended a presentation introducing the concept of career.
Students were given the opportunity to complete their own reflective guide on themselves, as they start to consider who they are, their own values and their futures.
This opportunity was held just in time for students to get into the headspace for Year 11 and 12 subject selections.
