Year 9 ASC Students who identified an interest in mortar trades were provided with a days ‘Career Taster’ experience in the mortar trades workshop at Balga TAFE with the tiling lecturer.
Through facilitating exposure to the world of work and training in an engaging way, the Career Taster Program helps students develop career exploration skills and stay motivated and engaged with their schooling.
