This term in Catering & Café Culture, our Year 10s have worked hard to plan and produce a class Grazing Table featuring a range of different hor d’oeuvres. The students researched the relevance of catering, shortlisted their own recipes and worked independently to produce their chosen finger food. We are very excited to introduce the Certificate II in Hospitality for Year 11 students next year and this showcases what is yet to come!
