During Term 3 we hosted a planning session with our African students and their families. The session served as an initial consultation to develop a cultural inclusion framework to support students of this heritage at the College. The meeting was a success with opportunities to further strengthen our relationship with our African community in order to foster more dialogue, improve communication, and achieve better outcomes for our students.
At Aveley Secondary College, we are committed to our moral purpose of achieving success for every child, every day. We are therefore committed to providing a robust cultural approach to supporting our students and their families.
