Recently our Year 12 Hospitality students were joined by Chef Ally from HGT to talk all things careers in Hospitality and Tourism. Students recorded questions to ask her, about all things from demands of the job, to work hours and favourite recipes. She spoke about the chemistry behind the role of a pastry chef, the fast pace of the kitchen, as well as making friendships and travelling with your qualification. While answering these questions she also prepared and plated a lovely chicken and chorizo rigatoni which the students will replicate in class!
