Our fantastic Home Economics staff have been working with our Year 10 students in their Catering & Café Culture course to design their own café and brunch menu. Students were able to produce and plate their creations. We had a variety of different dishes that catered to a range of different dietary requirements and showed the diverse talents of the class. The Technologies department think they are worthy to be featured in any café in Perth!
