As part of the Certificate II Hospitality course in Senior School, students learn how to create both espresso coffees and other delicious café drinks. This week, our students have been trialling new recipes to serve at their before school café in a series of practical assessments. They also enjoyed getting to try everything they created, including milkshakes, smoothies, frappes, juices and mocktails!
