The College was recently visited by the extraordinary team behind the Bell Shakespeare theatre company, who came to give all our Year 7 students a crash course in all things Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Comical hat props and scripts in hand, these young actors were given the chance to put into practice all the complicated plots they’ve been learning in class.
In a two-hour workshop, students were guided into acting out the play and took up the challenge of monologues, soliloquies, Shakespearean insults and more!
It was great to see them bringing the text to life and representing the College to such a high standard.
