An African Food Fest sounds delicious, doesn’t it? This was the experience at the College this term as a community of parents, staff and students joined together to cook up some delicious African cuisine. This included the famous West African jollof rice, sauced chicken and mandazi. A massive crowd of students waited patiently for a chance to sample these cultural and culinary delights and it was easy to see the sense of belonging, excitement, teamwork, and pride in culture on display.
